이용약관

제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 한세희(이하 “개발자”)가 제공하는 iOS 앱 언젠가 그리워질 오늘(이하 “앱”)의 이용 조건과 절차, 이용자와 개발자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.
제2조 (약관의 적용)
앱을 내려받거나 사용하면 이 약관과 Apple 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(EULA)에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 이 약관과 Apple 표준 EULA가 충돌하면 Apple 표준 EULA가 우선합니다. 개인정보 처리에 관한 사항은 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
제3조 (서비스 내용)
앱은 필름을 골라 사진을 촬영·현상하고, 기기의 사진 보관함에 저장된 사진에 필름 효과를 입히는 기능을 제공합니다. 필름 효과는 필름 사진의 분위기를 디지털로 재해석한 것으로, 특정 필름 제품의 결과를 그대로 재현함을 보증하지 않습니다. 개발자는 더 나은 서비스를 위해 기능을 추가·변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
제4조 (광고)
- 앱은 무료로 제공되며, 촬영 중 일정 장수마다 전면 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다.
- 이용자는 보상형 광고를 끝까지 시청하면 일정 시간(현재 3시간, 최대 12시간까지 누적) 전면 광고 없이 앱을 이용할 수 있습니다. 광고를 끝까지 보지 않으면 시간이 지급되지 않습니다.
- 광고 없음 시간은 기기에만 저장되므로 앱 삭제·기기 변경 시 사라지며, 현금이나 다른 혜택으로 바꿀 수 없습니다. 광고 재고 상황에 따라 보상형 광고를 불러오지 못할 수 있습니다.
- 광고의 내용과 광고주가 제공하는 상품·서비스에 대한 책임은 해당 광고주에게 있습니다.
제5조 (유료 기능: 광고 제거)
- ‘광고 제거’는 1회 결제로 앱의 전면 광고와 보상형 광고 안내를 영구히 없애는 비소모성 인앱 구매입니다. 가격은 App Store에 표시된 금액을 따릅니다.
- 결제, 청구, 환불은 Apple의 App Store 정책에 따라 Apple이 처리합니다. 환불은 reportaproblem.apple.com에서 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 같은 Apple 계정을 사용하는 기기에서는 ‘구매 복원’으로 구매를 다시 적용할 수 있습니다.
제6조 (이용자의 콘텐츠)
이용자가 앱으로 촬영하거나 현상한 사진의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 개발자는 이용자의 사진에 접근하거나 이를 수집하지 않습니다. 이용자는 타인의 초상권, 저작권, 사생활을 침해하지 않도록 촬영해야 하며, 촬영물의 이용에 따른 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
제7조 (금지 행위)
이용자는 앱을 역설계·변조하거나, 광고를 부정하게 클릭·조작하거나, 관련 법령을 위반하는 방식으로 앱을 이용해서는 안 됩니다.
제8조 (면책)
- 앱은 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 개발자는 앱이 중단 없이 또는 오류 없이 작동함을 보증하지 않습니다.
- 기기 저장 공간 부족, 사진 보관함 권한 거부, 기기 고장 등 개발자의 책임이 없는 사유로 사진이 저장되지 않거나 손실된 경우 개발자는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 중요한 사진은 별도로 백업해 주세요.
- 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 개발자는 앱 이용으로 발생한 간접·부수적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 개발자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 그러하지 않습니다.
제9조 (약관의 변경)
개발자는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다. 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 사용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
제10조 (준거법 및 관할)
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 앱 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Afterglow (“the app”), provided by Seihee Han (“the developer”). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which prevails in case of conflict. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
2. The service
The app lets you choose a film, take and develop photos, and apply film looks to photos in your library. Film looks are digital interpretations and do not guarantee the results of any specific film product. Features may be added, changed, or discontinued.
3. Ads
The app is free and may show a full-screen ad after a number of shots. Watching a rewarded ad to the end pauses full-screen ads for a period of time (currently 3 hours, up to 12 hours in total). Ad-free time is stored only on your device, is lost if you delete the app or change devices, and has no cash value. Rewarded ads may not always be available. Advertisers are responsible for their ads and offerings.
4. Remove Ads purchase
“Remove Ads” is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that permanently removes the app's ads. Pricing is shown in the App Store. Payment, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies; you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Use “Restore Purchase” to re-apply it on devices signed in with the same Apple Account.
5. Your content
You own the photos you take or develop with the app. The developer does not access or collect them. You are responsible for respecting others' rights, including privacy, likeness, and copyright.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not reverse engineer or modify the app, click or manipulate ads fraudulently, or use the app in violation of applicable law.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranty that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free. The developer is not responsible for photos that fail to save or are lost for reasons outside the developer's control, such as insufficient storage, denied Photos access, or device failure — please back up important photos. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, except those caused by the developer's intent or gross negligence.
8. Changes and governing law
Changes to these terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
