개인정보 처리방침

곧도착(영문 Seoulway, 이하 “앱”)은 서울·수도권 지하철의 실시간 도착, 노선도, 길찾기, 목적지까지 걷는 길을 알려 주는 앱입니다. 회원가입이 없고, 개발자는 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 여러분의 기록을 볼 수 없습니다. 앱은 무료이며 광고와 앱 안 결제가 없습니다.
1. 개발자가 수집하는 정보
없습니다. 개발자는 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 기기 식별자, 위치, 이용 기록 등 어떤 정보도 수집하지 않으며, 분석·추적·광고 도구를 쓰지 않습니다. 문의 메일을 보내시면 이메일 주소와 문의 내용은 답변을 드리는 목적으로만 사용합니다.
2. 위치 정보
위치 권한을 허용하면 가까운 역과 출구를 찾고, 길안내 중 내 위치를 지도에 보여 주는 데 위치를 씁니다. 위치는 기기 안에서 계산하며 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 다만 아래 3항처럼 장소 검색과 걷는 길 계산을 위해 지도 서비스에 좌표가 전달될 수 있습니다. 위치 권한을 허용하지 않아도 노선도·길찾기·시간표는 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다.
3. 앱이 사용하는 외부 서비스
- Google 지도·Google Places: 지도 표시와 장소 검색. 검색어와 검색 기준 위치(반경 약 30km)가 Google에 전달됩니다. Google 개인정보처리방침
- Apple 지도: 출구에서 목적지까지 걷는 길 계산. 출발·도착 좌표가 Apple에 전달됩니다. Apple 개인정보 처리방침
- 카카오맵: 장소 검색이 실패할 때의 대체 검색과 역 엘리베이터 정보. 검색어가 전달될 수 있습니다.
- 실시간 지하철 정보: 열차 도착·위치를 역·노선 단위로 조회합니다(서울특별시 실시간 지하철 정보, 네이버 지도). 개인을 알아볼 수 있는 정보는 보내지 않습니다.
이 서비스들은 각자의 방침에 따라 요청을 처리하며, 개발자는 그 정보를 받지 않습니다.
4. 기기에 저장되는 정보
- 내 기기: 즐겨찾기 역, 최근 검색, 정한 숙소, 설정은 기기 안의 앱 저장 공간에만 저장됩니다.
- 사진: 안내판 읽기에서 고르거나 찍은 사진은 기기 안에서만 글자를 읽고 저장하거나 전송하지 않습니다.
- 기기 백업: iCloud 백업이나 컴퓨터 백업을 켜 두었다면 앱 설정이 그 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다.
5. 삭제
앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 정보가 모두 지워집니다.
6. 어린이
앱은 일반 이용자를 위한 것이며, 개발자는 어떤 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 데이터 출처
시각표·환승 정보: 서울교통공사·국가철도공단(공공데이터포털). 노선도 배치: 서울교통공사 사이버스테이션 노선도(공공누리 제3유형). 실시간 지하철: 서울특별시(열린데이터광장). 지도: Google. 열차 운행 정보는 참고용이며 실제 운행과 다를 수 있습니다.
8. 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 올립니다.

자주 묻는 질문
- 실시간 정보가 안 보여요. 새벽처럼 운행 시간이 아니거나 실시간 정보가 응답하지 않으면 시간표 기준으로 보여 줍니다.
- 언어를 바꾸고 싶어요. iPhone 설정 → 앱 → 곧도착 → 언어에서 이 앱만 따로 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- 내릴 역 알람이 울리지 않아요. 설정에서 “무음 모드에서도 하차 알람”을 켜고 알림을 허용해 주세요.
Privacy Policy

Seoulway (Korean name 곧도착, “the app”) shows live arrivals, the subway map, routes and walking directions for the Seoul metropolitan subway. There is no sign-up, the developer runs no servers and cannot see your data. The app is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases.
1. Information the developer collects
None. The developer does not collect your name, email, phone number, device identifiers, location or usage history, and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools. If you email us, your address and message are used only to reply.
2. Location
If you allow location access, the app uses it to find nearby stations and exits and to show where you are during navigation. Location is processed on your device and is never sent to the developer. As described in section 3, coordinates may be sent to map services for place search and walking directions. Without location access, the map, routes and timetables still work.
3. Third-party services
- Google Maps and Google Places: map display and place search. Your search text and a search area (about 30 km around a point) are sent to Google. Google Privacy Policy
- Apple Maps: walking directions from an exit to your destination. Start and end coordinates are sent to Apple. Apple Privacy Policy
- Kakao Map: backup place search and station elevator information. Search text may be sent.
- Live subway data: arrivals and train positions are requested per station or line (Seoul Metropolitan Government real-time subway data, Naver Map). Nothing that identifies you is sent.
These services handle requests under their own policies; the developer does not receive that information.
4. Data stored on your device
- On your device: favorite stations, recent searches, your hotel and settings stay in the app’s storage on your device.
- Photos: photos you take or pick in “Read signs” are read on your device only and are neither saved nor sent.
- Backups: if iCloud or computer backups are on, app settings may be included in them. The developer cannot access them.
5. Deletion
Deleting the app removes all data stored on your device.
6. Children
The app is for a general audience, and the developer collects no personal information.
7. Data sources
Timetables and transfers: Seoul Metro and Korea National Railway (Public Data Portal). Map layout: Seoul Metro Cyberstation map (KOGL Type 3). Real-time subway: Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul Open Data Plaza). Maps: Google. Train information is for reference and may differ from actual service.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with its effective date.

FAQ
- I don’t see live data. Outside service hours, or when live data doesn’t respond, the app shows timetable times.
- How do I change the language? iPhone Settings → Apps → Seoulway → Language changes the language for this app only.
- The stop alarm didn’t ring. Turn on “Alarm for your stop, even in Silent mode” in Settings and allow notifications.
