개인정보 처리방침

토닥(이하 “앱”)은 아기의 수유·기저귀·수면·약·체온·증상을 말이나 버튼으로 기록하는 육아 기록 앱입니다. 회원가입이 없고, 개발자는 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 여러분의 기록을 볼 수 없습니다.
1. 개발자가 수집하는 정보
없습니다. 개발자는 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 기기 식별자, 위치, 사용 기록 등 어떤 정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 앱에는 광고, 분석, 추적 도구나 외부 SDK가 들어 있지 않습니다. 문의 메일을 보내시면 이메일 주소와 문의 내용은 답변에만 사용합니다.
2. 기록이 저장되는 곳
- 내 기기: 아기 정보(이름, 생일 등), 육아 기록, 다이어리, 약·일정, 첨부한 사진은 기기 안의 앱 저장 공간에 저장됩니다.
- 내 iCloud(선택): 기기에서 iCloud를 쓰고 있으면 Apple CloudKit을 통해 여러분 본인의 iCloud 개인 데이터베이스에 동기화됩니다. 이 데이터는 Apple의 iCloud 약관과 개인정보 처리방침을 따르며 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다.
- 가족 공유(선택): 설정에서 가족을 초대하면 초대받은 사람만 같은 기록을 iCloud 공유로 보고 쓸 수 있습니다. 공유는 언제든 설정에서 멈출 수 있습니다.
3. 접근 권한
- 마이크(선택): 녹음 버튼을 누르고 있는 동안에만 사용합니다. 목소리는 기기 안의 Apple 음성 인식으로 글자로만 바뀌며, 녹음 파일은 저장하거나 전송하지 않습니다. 받아쓴 문장은 기록 옆에 남으며, 설정에서 한 번에 지울 수 있습니다.
- 사진: 증상 기록에 사진을 붙일 때 iOS 사진 선택 화면으로 고른 사진만 가져옵니다. 사진 보관함 전체에 접근하지 않습니다.
- 알림(선택): 다음 수유·약·일정 알림은 기기 안에서 예약되는 로컬 알림입니다.
4. 기기 안의 AI
말한 내용을 기록으로 정리하고 하루 다이어리를 쓰는 기능은 기기에서 실행되는 규칙과 Apple의 온디바이스 모델(Apple Intelligence를 지원하는 기기에서)로 처리합니다. 문장이나 기록이 외부 AI 서비스로 전송되지 않습니다.
5. 내보내기
병원 리포트(PDF)와 CSV 파일은 기기에서 만들어지며, 여러분이 공유 버튼으로 직접 보낼 때만 기기 밖으로 나갑니다.
6. 보관과 삭제
설정 > 데이터 > 모든 기록 지우기로 기기와 iCloud의 앱 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기 안의 기록도 삭제됩니다. iCloud에 남은 앱 데이터는 iOS 설정 > [이름] > iCloud > 저장 공간 관리에서도 지울 수 있습니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 보호자가 사용하는 앱이며 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 보호자가 입력한 아기의 정보는 위 2번처럼 보호자의 기기와 iCloud에만 저장됩니다.
8. 의료 정보에 관한 안내
앱은 의료기기가 아니며 진단이나 치료를 대신하지 않습니다. 위험 신호 안내와 알림은 공개된 소아 보건 지침을 바탕으로 한 일반 정보입니다. 아기가 걱정되면 소아청소년과에 문의하시고, 응급 상황에서는 바로 119에 전화하세요.
9. 변경과 문의

지원 · 문의
말로 기록이 안 돼요
처음 녹음할 때 기기가 음성 인식 모델을 내려받습니다. Wi-Fi에 연결한 뒤 잠시 기다려 주세요. 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 마이크에서 토닥이 켜져 있는지 확인해 주세요. 조용한 곳에서 “분유 120 먹였어”, “방금 기저귀 갈았어”처럼 짧게 말하면 가장 잘 알아듣습니다.
가족과 같이 쓰고 싶어요
설정 > 가족 공유에서 초대 링크를 보내세요. 두 사람 모두 iCloud에 로그인되어 있어야 합니다.
알림이 오지 않아요
iOS 설정 > 알림 > 토닥에서 알림을 허용하고, 앱의 설정 > 알림에서 원하는 알림과 조용한 시간을 확인해 주세요.

Privacy Policy

Tokdak (the “app”) lets you log your baby’s feedings, diapers, sleep, medicine, temperature and symptoms by talking or tapping. There is no sign-up, the developer runs no servers, and the developer cannot see your records.
1. Information the developer collects
None. The developer does not collect your name, email, phone number, device identifiers, location or usage data. The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking tools and no third-party SDKs. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply.
2. Where your records are stored
- On your device: your baby’s profile (name, birthday, etc.), care records, diary, medicines and schedules, and attached photos are stored in the app’s storage on your device.
- In your iCloud (optional): if iCloud is on for your device, records sync through Apple CloudKit to your own private iCloud database, governed by Apple’s iCloud terms and privacy policy. The developer has no access to it.
- Family sharing (optional): only people you invite from Settings can view and add to the shared records via iCloud sharing. You can stop sharing at any time.
3. Permissions
- Microphone (optional): used only while the record button is active. Your voice is turned into text on your device by Apple’s speech recognition; audio is never saved or sent anywhere. The transcribed text is kept next to the entry and can be cleared in Settings > Data > Delete transcripts.
- Photos: when you attach photos to a symptom record, the app receives only the photos you pick in the iOS photo picker. It never accesses your whole library.
- Notifications (optional): reminders for the next feeding, medicine or appointment are local notifications scheduled on your device.
4. On-device AI
Understanding what you said and writing the daily diary happen on your device, using built-in rules and Apple’s on-device model (on devices that support Apple Intelligence). Nothing you say or record is sent to an external AI service.
5. Exports
Doctor reports (PDF) and CSV files are created on your device and leave it only when you share them yourself.
6. Retention and deletion
Settings > Data > Delete all entries removes the app’s entries from your device and iCloud. Deleting the app removes the records stored on the device. You can also remove the app’s iCloud data in iOS Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage.
7. Children’s privacy
The app is meant for parents and caregivers and is not directed to children. Information about your baby stays on your device and in your iCloud as described above.
8. Medical information
The app is not a medical device and does not replace diagnosis or treatment. Warning signs and reminders are general information based on public pediatric guidelines. If you are worried about your baby, contact your pediatrician; in an emergency, call your local emergency number right away.

Support
Voice logging doesn’t work
The first time you record, your iPhone downloads its speech recognition model. Connect to Wi-Fi and give it a moment. Check that Tokdak is allowed in Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone. Short sentences like “fed 4 oz of formula” or “just changed a wet diaper” work best.
Using it with family
Send an invite from Settings > Family > Share with family. Both of you need to be signed in to iCloud.
Not getting reminders
Allow notifications in iOS Settings > Notifications > Tokdak, then check the reminders and quiet hours in the app’s Settings > Notifications.
