이용약관

1. 서비스

토닥(이하 “앱”)은 아기의 수유·기저귀·수면·약·체온·증상 기록과 다이어리, 알림, 병원 리포트를 제공하는 육아 기록 도구입니다. 앱은 무료이며 회원가입이 필요 없습니다.

2. 의료 정보가 아닙니다

앱은 의료기기가 아니며 의학적 조언·진단·치료를 제공하지 않습니다. 위험 신호 안내, 다음 수유·약 시간, 또래 비교 같은 정보는 참고용 일반 정보입니다. 약의 종류와 용량은 반드시 의사·약사의 지시와 제품 설명서를 따르세요. 응급 상황에서는 앱을 기다리지 말고 바로 응급 전화(한국 119)로 연락하세요.

3. 기록과 백업

기록은 이용자의 기기와 이용자의 iCloud에 저장되며, iCloud 이용에는 Apple의 약관이 적용됩니다. 음성 인식이나 AI 정리 결과가 틀릴 수 있으니 저장 전후로 내용을 확인해 주세요. 중요한 기록은 CSV·PDF로 내보내 따로 보관하기를 권합니다.

4. 가족 공유

가족 공유로 초대한 사람은 같은 기록을 보고 고칠 수 있습니다. 초대는 믿을 수 있는 보호자에게만 보내 주세요.

5. 라이선스

앱의 이용에는 Apple의 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(Standard EULA)이 적용됩니다.

6. 책임의 한계

개발자는 앱을 성실히 제공하지만, 법이 허용하는 범위에서 기록의 누락·오류나 알림 지연, 기기·iCloud 장애로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

7. 변경과 문의

약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 알립니다. 이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 문의: realmasse@gmail.com

Terms of Use

1. The service

Tokdak (the “app”) is a baby-care logging tool for feedings, diapers, sleep, medicine, temperature and symptoms, with a daily diary, reminders and doctor reports. It is free and needs no account.

2. Not medical advice

The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Warning signs, next-feeding and medicine times, and comparisons are general information for reference only. Always follow your doctor’s or pharmacist’s instructions and the product label for any medicine and dose. In an emergency, don’t wait for the app — call your local emergency number right away.

3. Your records and backups

Records are stored on your device and in your iCloud; Apple’s terms apply to iCloud. Speech recognition and AI organizing can make mistakes, so please check entries when you save them. We recommend exporting important records as CSV or PDF and keeping a copy.

4. Family sharing

People you invite through family sharing can view and edit the same records. Invite only caregivers you trust.

5. License

Your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

6. Limitation of liability

We provide the app with care, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses caused by missing or incorrect records, delayed reminders, or device or iCloud failures.

7. Changes and contact
